摘要 Inverse microscope for transmitted illumination, having a C-shaped basic microscope body which contains a stand base, a stand carrier and a stand arm and whose free opening points in the direction of the viewer, and whose stand base carries a lens turret, and whose stand arm has a bearing surface for a binocular housing with an eyepiece extending obliquely upwards, as well as a downwardly pointing outlet for the illuminating beam. The imaging beam path and observing beam path run in the basic microscope body. Introduced permanently into the imaging beam path (BV') in the region of the stand carrier (4) is a reflecting surface (31) which is obliquely positioned with respect to the optical axis thereof and which generates an observing beam path (BO) which runs obliquely upwards into the stand arm and enters the binocular tube (27) without further deflection. The observing beam path (BO) is penetrated in the stand arm (5) by the beam path (DV), arriving vertically from above, for the transmitted illumination. <IMAGE>
