The compounds prepared are biologically active, low toxicity substances with beta-adrenoblocking activity. They have the following common formula:<IMAGE>where R1 is hydrogen, methyl or ethyl residue, and R2 - an alkyl residue having from two to five carbon atoms, HX is a dibasic organic physiologically tolerable acid. According to the method, 1-adamanthyloxy-2,3-epoxypropane with the below given common formula:<IMAGE>interacts with amines having the following common formula NHR1R2 at a 1:3 molar ratio, where R1 and R2 are identical to the above described, in an ethanol medium upon boiling the reaction mixture. The bases obtained are transformed into salts - hydrogenfumarates, via treatment with a slight excess of fumaric acid in a polar solvent medium.
