PURPOSE:To enable rational charging in consideration of indirect expenditure by calculating the total charge including the indirect expenditure in addition to the charge corresponding to a record quantity and the average calculation of the total charge corresponding to stored quantities at every department. CONSTITUTION:Controllers (3-1) - (3-N) are fitted to recorders (4-1) - (4-N) to read registration codes recorded on recording media such as cards, count control data by the registration codes, and store and control them. The controllers (3-1) - (3-N) are connected to a repeater 2 to collect and hold the control data according to the set time. A host computer 1 calculates the total record quantity and totalizes the record quantities at every department and has a means which calculates the total charge including the indirect expenditure in addition to the charge corresponding to the record quantity and averages the total charge according to the record quantities at every department, thereby calculating the total charge of the charges by the departments. Consequently, daily information is accumulated, the totalizing process is performed automatically, and the calculation of the charge including the indirect expenditure is performed. |
