PURPOSE:To automate time correcting work and to enhance the accuracy of a display time by setting a signal standby state when the time of time signal approaches and resetting the display time when the signal sound of time is caught. CONSTITUTION:A microphone is built in a time-piece and catches the signal sound of the time signal broadcast from the television or radio placed in the vicinity of the time-piece to correct display time. When the television or radio is not placed in the vicinity of the time-piece, a radio is built in the time-piece and catches the signal sound of broadcast time signal to correct the display time. Further, in a place where a radio wave state is bad such as a basement, a telephone circuit is connected to the time-piece and catches broadcast time signal to correct the display time. |
