PURPOSE:To eliminate the nonuniformity of a treatment by treating conditions by treating the specific colored spherical fine particles obtd. by suspension polymn. under specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:The colored spherical fine particles of 1 to 20mum average particle size and 45 to 80 deg.C glass transition temp. obtd. by subjecting polymerizable components contg. a crosslinking agent in a 0.0001 to 0.003wt.% range to suspension polymn. are subjected to a heating treatment under the conditions of 65 to 100 deg.C to fuse the particles to each other to form blocked matter. The colored spherical fine particle obtd. by disintegrating the blocked matter substantially to the average particle size of the colored spherical fine particle afterward are used. The colored spherical fine particle obtd. by the suspension polymn. executed in such a manner are subjected to a heating treatment under specified conditions and are disintegrated, by which the particle surfaces are made into rugged shapes. In addition, the dispersant used for the suspension polymn. of polyvinyl alcohol, etc., is decreased. The fluctuation in the properties arising from a change in temp. is substantially eliminated in this way. |
