PURPOSE:To eliminate any thermal accumulation tank, mounting of a thermal accumulation chamber, thermal accumulation material or thermal accumulation body and to provide a thermal accumulation air-conditioner system which is less expensive and compact in size by a method wherein conditioned air got from an air conditioner is blown into a spacing in a garret through changing-over of a branch damper of a duct and an upper stairs floor slab is heated and cooled so as to accumulate heat. CONSTITUTION:In the event that a heat is to be accumulated by utilizing mid-night electrical power, side (a) of a branch damper 13 is released and side (b) is closed and then an air- conditioner 6 is operated. Air cooled or heated with the air-conditioner 6 is directly blown into a spacing in a garret 5 through a duct 9 and a branch damper 13, a floor slab 1 is cooled or heated to cause the thermal capacity of the slab 1 to be utilized for accumulation of cold heat or hot heat. Air cooling the floor slab 1 or heating the floor slab 1 is sucked into the air-conditioner 6 through a return duct 12 and the air is cooled or heated again. In turn, in the event that the interior of a room is to be cooled or heated at daytime, the side (a) of the branch damper 12 is closed and the side (b) is released and then conditioned air from the air-conditioner 6 is blown into the room 3 through a duct 9, a branch damper 13 and an indoor air blowing outlet 10. With such arrangement, the interior part of the room 3 is cooled or heated. |
