<p>PURPOSE:To provide a piston which has no a weld joint, can be simply machined through a standard tool and is besides light and suitable for the increase of a pressure and a speed, and excellent in volumetric efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A piston comprises a body member 1, a tubular member 2, and a cover member 3. After the tubular member 12 is pressed in a recessed part 10, it is soldered in a peripheral spot A to a coupling base part 6. After the cover member 3 is pressed in a space between a sleeve 7 and the tubular member 2, an outer peripheral part B and an inner peripheral part C of a rear surface are soldered to the sleeve 7 and the tubular member 2. Since a space part 8 is provided, the piston is light and since the space part 8 is covered with the cover member 3, volume efficiency is improved. Since the piston has no weld joint, reliability against rupture is improved. Machining is applied only on a cylindrical hole, whereby machining can be simply carried out by using a standard tool.</p> |
