A bicycle parking and storage rack is designed to receive one or mare bicycles in vertical position. Locking means (22, 28, 24), permit the frame and front and rear wheels of a bicycle to be secured to the rack and include a pivotable means (18) to selectively open and close the upper locking means. The rack according to the invention occupies a minimum of space and can be conveniently mounted on a wall or the like, or in a radial arrangement to accommodate up to ten bicycles. <IMAGE>
