<p>PURPOSE: To detect a low voltage state and a glitch under a prescribed value by clamping the input of a voltage detection circuit to the output of a power detection circuit through mutually connected feedback capacitors. CONSTITUTION: This reset controller 10 incorporates a voltage clamp circuit and a reset timer. The voltage clamp circuit consists of a first voltage detector 11, charging resistors R139 and R232, a discharging diode CR14 and a voltage clamp capacitor C66. The reset timer consists of a discharging diode CR15 and first and second timing RC circuits. The first timing RC circuit consists of resistors R233 and R234, a capacitor C65 and a second voltage detector 12. The second timing RC circuit consists of resistors R235 and R236, a capacitor C63 and a second voltage detector 13. When short voltage transition is generated, this clamp circuit triggers the reset timer and then generates desired reset delay.</p> |
