PURPOSE:To bring down inner resistance by a method wherein the current collecting body of a pair of polarized electrode, provided with a separator which separates a pair of polarized electrode and the electrolyte which comes in contact with both electrodes, is formed by a movable graphite. CONSTITUTION:A pair of polarized electrode 2 is provided, and a separator 3, with which both electrodes 2 will be separated, is provided. After a current- collecting body 1, provided with electrolyte which comes in contact with both electrodes, has been swelled in the direction vertical to a crystal layer, a sheet- like flexible graphite is obtained by rolling by providing an angle on a vertical axis. A terminal part 5 is provided on the end part of the current collecting body 1. As a result, the electric conductivity of the current collecting body 1 can be improved, and an electric double-layer capacitor of small internal resistance can be manufactured. |
