The envelope includes a sleeve (10) which is formed from a heat-shrinking plastic material. The heat-shrinking effect is orientated in the transverse sense, and the sleeve includes a slit line (11). A metallic filament (16) is formed on the inner surface of the envelope and serves as an antenna for an electronic surveillance system operating with an RF detection system. The slit line (11) lies on a line defining the cylindrical shape of the outer surface, while the antenna filament lies on another line which also defines the shape of the outer surface. |
