PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend a life of a tray by a method wherein directions of an ice removing operation at the tray are alternatively changed in response to whether a counting value is an even number or an odd number. SOLUTION: A micro-computer 9 initializes a counting value when an automatic ice making machine is selected, outputs a control signal to an ice removing discrimination section 8 and checks an ice making operation. If the ice making operation is completed, it is checked if the counting value is an even number or an odd number and if it is discriminated that the counting value is an even number, a rotation control part 5 for the ice removing motor 4 is controlled to rotate the tray in its normal direction. In turn, when counting value is an odd number, the tray is rotated in a reverse direction. After this operation, the micro-computer 9 checks the automatic ice making function and if it is discriminated that the operation is not stopped, the counting value is increased by one step. One ice removing operation where the ice removing direction at the tray and the other ice removing operation in an opposite direction are alternatively carried out. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent a shape of the tray from being deformed or being damaged.
|
