LAMINATE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate suitable for a packaged body or a packaging container without leaking of contents wherein a heat sealing layer and an aluminum foil are not peeled off even when it comes in contact with contents containing an acid, an alkali, an organic solvent and the like.

SOLUTION: A laminate for packaging a cell is the laminate for packaging the cell provided by making a resin film layer comprising a resin having a hydroxyl group and a carboxyl group within a molecule lie in the laminate for packaging the cell wherein an outer layer, an aluminum foil and an inner layer are successively laminated.
