RESIN PULLEY

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a resin pulley excellent in dimensional stability, strength and wear resistance especially in a dust atmosphere, and having more excellent characteristics as an alternative to a metal pulley. CONSTITUTION: The resin pulley is formed of resin composition made by blending each component of 15 to 50 wt.% of inorganic powder having Moh's hardness of 6.5 or over, reinforcing fiber of 20 to 40 wt.%, and lubricant of 1 to 5 wt.% in a phenol resin as a base resin.
