<p>An apparatus for the treatment of a living body utilizes the selected simultaneous application of a plurality of treatment modalities, including infrared radiation (16), magnetic field (18), mechanical vibration (20), and electrical stimulation (22). Each modality may be individually sequenced and timed in coordination with the other modalities. Each modality is driven from a common source such that the frequency of modulation are identical, or are related in the manner of harmonics or sub-harmonics.</p> |
