摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED control system adopting battery voltage supervision by controlling a lighting current and a blinking ratio of an illumination LED being an accessory corresponding to a battery voltage so as to suppress the energy consumption of a secondary battery and capable of extending a speech time. <P>SOLUTION: A battery voltage detection section 4 detects a residual voltage of the secondary battery 3. An illumination drive section 6 drives the illumination LED 7. A control section (CU) 5 has a first control information table for describing a blinking ratio and a lighting current for the illumination LED in cross-reference with a plurality of thresholds to discriminate a residual voltage level detected by the battery voltage detection section and sets the blinking ratio and the lighting current corresponding to the residual voltage level detected by the battery voltage detection section to the illumination drive section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
