PURPOSE: An oil cooler is provided to prevent the drop of the pressure when the oil flowed in via an oil inlet is discharged via the oil outlet and to improve the radiation performance of the oil. CONSTITUTION: The oil cooler comprises:a certain length of outer tube(1) having an oil inlet(1a) to flow in the oil and an oil outlet(1b) to discharge the oil; an inner tube(2) installed in the outer tube; a connection member(7) connected with both ends of the inner tube and the outer tube to form an airtight space(3) between the inner tube and the outer tube; and a radiation member(10) installed in the airtight space to facilitate the cooling of the oil.
