PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray mounting inspecting device for easily specifying an inspection part by displaying the inspection part displayed on a monitor in the field of sight of the monitor at all times. SOLUTION: A board table 5, formed to be slidable in a horizontal direction while a circuit board 4 is held, is connected with an X-ray detector 6 formed to be slidable in a horizontal direction for detecting an X-ray transmitted through the circuit board 4 by using a link member 20 fixed to an X-ray source 2 held to be shakable around a prescribed support point. Thus, a line connecting the position of the X-ray source 2 with an electrode connecting part in the circuit board 4 and the X-ray detector 6 can be always arrayed on the same straight line with the link member 20. As a result, the electrode connecting part to be inspected can be prevented from deviating from the screen of a monitor 11.
