PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticking method of a functioning film over a cathode-ray tube and a device therefor capable of preventing dust from being entrapped between the functioning film and a display surface due to static electricity in a sticking process of the functioning film over the display surface of the cathode-ray tube. SOLUTION: Before a functioning film 201 with a conductive film formed thereon is sticked over a surface of a glass panel 103 of a cathode-ray tube 101, conductive parts 110, 108, 112 possessed by the cathode-ray tube 101 are grounded, the functioning film 201 is grounded, one end of the functioning film 201 is sticked to one end of the surface of the glass panel 103 of the cathode-ray tube 101, and the sticking is carried on as the functioning film 201 is pressed against the surface of the glass panel 103. |
