PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the circuit scale by performing coincidence detection, wherein a bit array of L bits below a specific position of a bit stream held by a bit stream holding means is compared with L specific codes, as many times as prescribed. SOLUTION: A bit stream 100 of 16 bits selected by a selector 102 is stored in the least-significant-digit registers 15 to 0 of a register group 101 and a detection signal storage means 106 and a detection position output means 107 are reset. The selector 102 selects the outputs of the registers 14 to 0 and shifts the register group 101 up by one bit. A comparing means 104 compares the bit stream 103 stored in the registers 47 to 16 with a specific code and outputs a match detection signal 105 when detecting a match. Only when the match detection signal 105 is outputted, the detection signal storage means 106 holds the value. Once the match detection signal 105 is outputted, the detection position output means 107 stops counting operation and holds the count value at the stop. |
