PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the execution of photographing in a state by which a photographer is deviated from a photographing range when the photographing is executed by having the photographer himself as an object. SOLUTION: A sensor 14 receives a release signal transmitted by a remote control unit 11, and outputs a received signal in accordance with the incident angle θ of the release signal. A transmitting position discriminating part 18 discriminates whether the transmitting position of the release signal is within the photographing range or not based on the incident angle θ of the release signal and the photographing viewing angle (w) of a photographing lens 13. A remote photographing controlling part 20 opens and closes a shutter 17 when it is discriminated that the transmitting position of the release signal is within the photographing range by the transmitting position discriminating part 18, and when it is discriminated that the transmitting position is out of the photographing range, it stops photographing operation by inhibiting the actuation of a shutter driving part 22, and also it gives a warning to the photographer by actuating a warning display unit 15. The shutter 17 is opened and closed only when the release signal is transmitted from the inside of the photographing range. |
