MACHINE FOR AUTOMATICALLY PRODUCING GABION WIRE NETTING

PURPOSE: A machine for automatically producing gabion wire netting is provided which is capable of automatically producing pentagonal gabion. CONSTITUTION: The machine(100) for automatically producing gabion wire netting comprises a lengthwise iron wire supply part(110) for supplying two lengthwise iron wires; upper form slider part(120) and lower form slider part(130) rotationally comprising upper form half moon gear and lower form half moon gear through which the lengthwise iron wires pass; an iron wire twisting part in which the lengthwise iron wires are twisted with each other by the upper form half moon gear and the lower form half moon gear so that the lengthwise iron wires are formed into a gabion wire netting as a whole; and a wire netting discharging and cutting part(180) for continuously transferring the newly formed gabion wire netting to the opposite side of the lengthwise iron wire supply part and cutting the gabion wire netting if it reaches a certain length at the same time, wherein the machine further comprises a crosswise iron wire supply part positioned at one side surface of the upper form slider part and lower form slider part to stop twisting operation of the iron wire twisting part temporarily and insert one crosswise iron wire between the lengthwise iron wires constructed in the twisted structure; and a control part for inspecting and controlling the whole system.
