PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mass-produce containers, which are made of air permeable paper material, excellent in water resistance and can be disposed of a waste after use or recycled, by pasting a film to the surface of a mold side container by arranging the film between a mold and a heating means respectively having small diametral vertical through holes as air passages of several atmospheric pressure. SOLUTION: A plastic film 11 fed between a mold 8 and a heating mans 4 is attracted to the mold 8 side by means of through holes 10, which are vertically formed at the proper parts of the mold 8. By being heated with the heating means 4, the film 11 is pasted to the surface of a container provided in the mold 8. In addition, in the heating means 4, small diametral through holes 13 similar to the ones in the mold 8 are vertically formed in order to be utilized as passages, through which the pressure air having about 2 to 3 atmospheric pressure are passed. Or both the pressure and the heat are acted to the heating means 4, resulting in instantaneously move and paste the film 11 to the surface of the container through the pressing pressure and sucking pressure from both the upper and lower sides of the film 11.
