摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branched polyethylene oxide-polysulfone block copolymer which hardly elutes a hydrophilic component in a blood-treating process and has excellent blood compatibility, to provide a blood-compatible material comprising the copolymer, and further to provide a hollow fiber-like separation membrane using the blood-compatible material. <P>SOLUTION: This branched polyethylene oxide-polysulfone block copolymer has a weight-average mol. wt. of 10,000 to 1,000,000, and comprises a segment originating from a polysulfone-based polymer having a weight-average mol. wt. of 2,000 to 5,000 converted into polystyrene and a segment originating from branched polyethylene oxide having a weight-average mol. wt. of 600 to 100,000 converted into polystyrene, wherein the weight fraction of the segment originating from the polysulfone-based polymer and the weight fraction of the segment originating from the branched polyethylene oxide are 5 to 65% and 35 to 95%, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
