PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven flow control valve easily assembled with few assembly mandays, easily handled and considerably reduced in assembly cost. SOLUTION: This motor-driven flow control valve 10' is provided with a valve body 11 having a valve element 17 in a valve chamber, and a motor 30 fixedly placed on the upper part of the valve body 11. The motor 30 has a closed case 31, a stator coil 32 disposed outside of the closed case 31, and a rotor disposed in a case internal chamber on the inside. The valve element 17 is connected to the rotor by a valve stem 20, and the motor-driven flow control valve 10' permits the communication between the valve chamber and the case internal chamber with a control fluid. The rotor is provided with a magnet 39 disposed on the outside and a sleeve 34 disposed on the inside, and thread-fastened at the sleeve 34 to a fixed guide 40 fixed to the valve body 11, and the magnet 39 and sleeve 34 are fixed by a plate spring 45 and a C-shaped retaining ring 46.
