PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation mitigator of a nursing bottle that mitigates forcibly a lowering speed of a temperature of milk in a nursing bottle during feeding to a baby, prevents a baby from leaving mil by long maintaining the temperature of milk appropriate of feeding, remove wasteful time and effort including reheating the milk when feeding a baby, can be used at any time and at any place, suited for carriage and is safe. SOLUTION: A heat radiation mitigating means 11 is made up of an insulator 12 mounted to the periphery of a nursing bottle 1 with the exception of a nipple 5, a heat supplier 13 having an electric heating material 14 producing heat by power current provided eccentrically on the nipple side in the inside of the insulator 12, and the quantity of heat of 15 to 300 joules per min. is supplied to a nursing bottle 1 during feeding by heat generation of the electrical heating material 14 by electrical current of a battery 18 as a power supply in a battery storage means 17 provided in the heat radiation mitigation means 11, and the speed of heat radiation of the temperature of milk in the nursing bottle 1 is forcibly lowered.
