DETERGENT AND RINSE FEEDER OF DISH WASHER

PURPOSE: A detergent and rinse feeder of a dish washer is provided to promote sterilization and drying of dishes by primarily removing foreign matter such as oil of the dishes with a specific amount of detergent in a washing tank and secondarily injecting rinse. CONSTITUTION: A detergent tank(12) and a rinse tank(14) for feeding detergent and rinse are mounted on a washing tank(10). A content(35) for detecting the content of detergent is mounted on the washing tank. The content sensor is precisely controlled together with a pump and is necessary for obtaining the maximum washing effects by reducing the error range to the maximum. The content sensor outputs an analog signal according to the content changes of detergent. A fixed-quantity feeder(20) is mounted on a pipe up to the washing tank from the detergent tank and the rinse tank to feed the fixed quantity of detergent or rinse independently. The fixed-quantity feeder is positioned near the washing tank to minimize the length thereof preferably. A control unit(30) receives a signal of the content sensor through an input unit(32), compares the signal with predetermined reference value of a microcomputer(31) and performs an algorithm for controlling the output to the fixed-quantity feeder through a driving unit(33). Dishes in the washing tank are washed out of oil primarily by detergent and then washed by rinse secondarily. Thereby, the washing efficiency of the dishes is enhanced.
