PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent whiskers of a corrugating medium from remaining on the cut surfaces along breaks when breaks are formed to corrugated cardboard in parallel to corrugations. SOLUTION: In a cutting blade forming breaks to the corrugated cardboard at a constant interval in parallel to corrugations so as to leave joints, edges for forming the breads are provided to the leading end of the cutting blade main body and recessed parts for forming the joints are provided between the adjacent edges and oblique bent parts are provided to both ends of the edges for forming the breaks. Each of the recessed parts for forming the joints is formed to the deep end of the cavity part between the leading ends of the adjacent oblique bent parts and the breaks can be formed while the whiskers of the corrugating medium of the corrugated cardboard, which are generated from both ends of each of the joints when the breaks are formed, are cut by the oblique bent parts of the edges.
