PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for cleaning skins, which is used for wiping off makeup stains. SOLUTION: This sheet for cleaning skins contains (a) a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 10 to 16, (b) a polyhydric alcohol or a glycol ether, and (c) water. The component (a) is preferably a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 10 to 16. The sheet preferably contains 0.01 to 5 pts.wt. of (a) the nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 10 to 16, 0.01 to 3 pts.wt. of (b) the polyhydric alcohol or the glycol ether, and 0.5 to 9.5 pts.wt. of (c) the water on the basis of 1 pt.wt. of the sheet. The component (a) is preferably a nonionic surfactant represented by general formula (1): RCOO-(CH2CH2O)n-H [RCO is a 4 to 30C saturated or unsaturated acyl; (n) is the number of 1 to 50 on weight average].
