PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cut tool capable of effectively and accurately providing favorable control for the cutting operation, improving convenience and quick operation, and forming a layered cutting method, that is, notched tuft. SOLUTION: A cutting means coaxially extended from gripping means 6, 8 includes at least one V-shaped cutting front F formed by at least two outer blades 2, 4, and at least one of the outer blades 2, 4 is pivotable to the gripping means 6, 8. A means 11 for driving at least one outer pivotal blade is fitted to operate for adjusting the angle of at least one V-shaped cutting front F.
