PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the novel work arranging and loading device to the work transportation hanger of the electrostatic coating machine used over a period bringing in and out works into the electrostatic coating machine and arranging a large number of the works to the work transportation hanger while holding spacers between the works to load the hanger with the works. SOLUTION: The work arranging and loading device is equipped with a stand having an inclined wall surface slightly inclined rearwardly, the long grooved block fixed to the inclined wall surface at a place on the vertical line of the wall surface along the vertical line, the upper loading plate of an upper arm and lower loading plate of a lower arm provided to the portions near to the upper and lower parts of the inclined wall surface, the upper notch for passing a downward shaft provided to the loading upper plate at the place corresponding to the upper end opening port of the grooved block, the lower notch for passing an upward shaft provided to the lower loading plate at the place corresponding to the lower end opening port of the grooved block, the cylinder arranged to the lower part of the inclined wall surface at the place on the extension line of the lower end opening part of the grooved block in such a state that a stretchable shafts is movable upwardly and the hooking member provided to the leading end of the stretchable shaft.
