PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means to efficiently recover iron from its waste in a state to reutilize it, prior to effect melting disposal of waste. SOLUTION: A substance to be disposed of in a given grain size or less and containing a lore amount of iron is obtained through screening selection for waste, crushing, and magnetic force selection and processing to recover the substance to be disposed of to a pit Px is carried out. The substance to be disposed of in the pit Px by a rotary kiln 63 is heated and treated for removal of a moisture content of the substance to be disposed of. Thereafter, an iron content and a non-ferrous content are separated away from each other. Thereafter, an iron content attracted by a magnetic force by a magnetic force selecting device 67 and residues not attracted by a magnetic force are separated away from each other. |
