PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized low-cost mirror with a variable shape having a distortion measuring function. SOLUTION: According to an operative example, the mirror with the variable shape is provided which is characterized by having a thin film with a reflection surface, a member for supporting the thin film, a means to distort the thin film and a sensor formed on a part of the thin film for detecting the distortion of the thin film. |
