PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an image forming method and an image forming device for automatically correcting the deviation of image elements with a regular copy operation. SOLUTION: In a digital copy machine 1, an image processing part 13 is provided with a recognition part 3, an image correction part 32 and an adjusting pattern addition part 33. At the time of forming the image, the adjusting pattern addition part 33 forms an adjusting patter 4 in a blank part 7 which is out of an image area. When a recording sheet 5 where the adjusting pattern 4 is formed is copied as an original, a reader 11 reads the adjusting pattern 4 and the recognition part 31 recognizes the position of the adjusting pattern 4. When the recognition part 31 recognizes the adjusting pattern 4, the image correction part 32 adjusts correction data. When an image forming part 12 forms the image, the deviation of the image is corrected. Then, the adjusting pattern addition part 33 adds the adjusting pattern 4 in the part out of the image area. |
