The instructor's terminal (31) and so on identify the language used in an area to which the delivery address belongs on the basis of the delivery address included in a delivery instruction in the received image information, translates the image information to the identified language, and displays the translated information. When the display language is designated, the instructor's terminal (31) and so on translate the image information to the designated language and displays the translated information.
