METHOD OF INSTALLING AND RUNNING SOFTWARE USING INPUT DEVICE

A method for installing and executing software using an input device to prevent illegal duplication/use of the software is provided to install/execute the software with only the hot key by assigning the hot key corresponding to each software to the input device, when the software is installed or executed. The hot key of the input device for installing the software offered as a package of a user computer is inputted(S3). A code value corresponding to the inputted hot key is transmitted to an OS(Operating System)(S4). It is discriminated whether the transmitted code value is identical with the code value of the software(S5). If both code values are disagreed with each other, the software is not installed and terminated(S6). If both code values are agreed with each other, the software is installed to the user computer(S7). The installed software is resided in a tray(S8).
