A solenoid control apparatus through PWM method and a control method thereof are provided to reduce noise through linear control of an applied current through duty ratio control during switch operation of a solenoid valve and thus to reduce current consumption. A micom(100) outputs a DC voltage or a PWM voltage having a specific duty ratio by receiving a command pulse and a feedback current from a current sensing part(300). A power drive part(200) controls the intensity of a current flowing in a solenoid valve driving part(400) by receiving the DC voltage or the PWM voltage from the micom. The current sensing part senses a current flowing in the power driver part according to the operation of the solenoid valve and then feeds it back to the micom. And the solenoid valve driving part opens/closes the solenoid valve by the control of the power drive part.
