An interior noise isolator of a building is provided to provided to reduce the impact sound transferred to the lower floor effectively, and to improve sound-insulating, thermal insulating and waterproofing effects. The interlayer noise isolator(10) of a building comprises: a primary layer(1) composed of a polyolefin foam sheet having the expansion ratio of 2 to 20; a secondary layer(2) piled in contact with the primary layer, composed of a polyolefin foam sheet having the expansion ratio of 20 to 40, and provided with irregularities composed of a projected part and a retreated part; a third layer(3) piled in contact with the secondary layer and composed of a polyurethane foam sheet; and a fourth layer(4) piled in contact with the third layer and composed of a polyethylene foam sheet.
