METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DISPLAY OF GENETIC INFORMATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus that appropriately process and display genetic information so as to enable easy haplotype estimation from many genomic data.

SOLUTION: The method, which displays a list of genotypes at a plurality of gene loci of a plurality of individuals by using individual data representing gene loci of individuals and genotypes at the gene loci and gene locus data representing a major allele and a minor allele at each gene locus, displays each genotype in a color depending on whether it is homozygosis including only the major allele at the gene locus, homozygosis including only the minor allele at the gene locus, or heterozygosis including the major and minor alleles at the gene locus.
