PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method of distributing information, capable of increasing the frequency of access to a web site providing the information. SOLUTION: The distribution information and information on the attributes of a model of a pachinko machine, which is the object of distribution, are associated with each other and stored. The model of the pachinko machine with which a member player plays is associated with the member ID of the member player and stored. The frequency of games by model is calculated, and the model with high frequency is specified. Then, the distribution information (information on the model indicated in b1, the information on events indicated in b2 and the information on advertisement indicated in b3) associated with the information on the attributes of the specified model is extracted, and the extracted distribution information is distributed. Since the information reflecting the taste in games of the member player can be provided in this way, the frequency of access to the web site providing the information can be increased.
