PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the propriety of elevator maintenance work in elevator maintenance work performed by an operator terminal device. SOLUTION: The operator terminal device 38 can display the maintenance work items of an elevator and the contents thereof, and can store the performance status of the performed maintenance work by maintenance operator's inputting. An operation control device 34 controls the operation of an elevator. An operation history storage device 36 interrupts the operation control process of an operation control part 40 to obtain and store the operation history of the elevator 12. The operation history in the maintenance work is transferred from the operation history storage device 36 to the operator terminal device 38 and stored. From the operation history of the maintenance work, the actual operation time of the maintenance work is obtained, and compared with the standard operation time to determined the propriety of the performed maintenance work.
