The watch has a case (1) containing a movement (3), and closed on its reading side by a mirror (4), and on its opposite side by a base. The case encloses a generator which converts mechanical energy, obtained by the rotation or traversing of a rotary mass, into energy that is able to operate the watch. The inner space of the case containing the mass is filled with an incompressible and viscous liquid e.g. fluorinated oil.
