The device has a screen, an alpha-numeric keyboard with keys having a double alphabet, a bilingual electronic dictionary, sign language and any existing language. A translation module translates the sign language into any existing language and/or inversely, or between any 2 existing languages. An image display system, a memory, alphabet of deaf persons, Arabic numerals, punctuation marks, and a key translation module are provided. The double alphabet includes sign language or dactylology and any existing alphabet.
