PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the inconvenience that washing wastewater discharged from a washing wastewater discharge opening filling up the interior of a sink raises a receiving vessel from the bottom face of the sink and dislocates the mounting position of the receiving vessel from its initial position and prevents polished rice delivered from a washed rice delivery opening and rice cooking water from being surely stored. SOLUTION: A receiving vessel mounting portion 50 to mount the receiving vessel 100 is removably arranged at the center of a support 12 so as to position below a rice washing vessel 19 and above the sink 18.
