PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display art reducing an area non-displayed despite of exposure of X-rays even if a body axis and a display screen are straightened to display a display image in the art of creating and displaying the image of a subject based on the exposure of the X-rays. SOLUTION: A rectangular irradiation field demarcated by a rectangular spot is so fixed as to orthogonally cross the body axis of the subject with an extending direction of one side, pixels corresponding to the rectangular irradiation field are extracted from an X-ray image, which is output by an X-ray detecting element by the detection of the exposed X rays, in the extending direction of one side, and creates a display image using the direction and its orthogonal direction as the two-dimensional coordinate axes.
