PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter knife with a handle, which prevents a glue from sticking to the handle and facilitates the removal of the glue even if the glue sticks to the handle. SOLUTION: The cutter knife includes a holder 1 in which a guide handle 2 provided with a slide groove 8 is inserted into and fitted to the inside of a grip handle 13 so as to project from a head end 13a of the grip handle 13. The slide groove 8 is opened by a blade gate 10 at the head end 2a of the guide handle 2, and a slider 23 is fitted into the slide groove 8 and supported movably in the extending direction of the slide groove 8. The slide groove 8 allows a blade body 24 connected to the slider 23 to take a use condition where the blade body 24 projects from the blade gate 10 of the slide groove 8 and a nonuse condition where the blade body is stored in the slide groove 8. The entire exposed outside surface of the guide handle 2 and the entire exposed inside surface of the slide groove 8 of the guide handle 2 are coated with a fluoroplastic at least between the head end 2a of the guide handle 2 and the head end 13a of the grip handle 13.
