RAKE STRUCTURE OF UE HAVING SHARED MEMORY USED IN ALL RAKE FINGERS

PURPOSE: A rake structure of a UE(User Equipment) having a shared memory used in all rake fingers is provided to reduce a die area of an ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit) by using a TDD(Time Division Duplex) and TD-SCDMA(Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access) communication system. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of rake fingers have a code tracker(10'), respectively. A plurality of code generators(62-66) generate a code connected with a determined base station, respectively. A shared memory selectively provides a time-arranged multi-path signal to the code tracker(10') of each rake finger. A memory write pointer(61) writes the multi-path signal in a determined position of the shared memory. A memory read pointer(68) reads the multi-path signal from the memory position of a shared memory offset from the determined position of the shared memory. A circuit selectively connects one of a plurality of the code generators(62-66) to the code tracker(10').
