摘要 An organic electro luminescent device and an electronic apparatus are provided to increase the uniformity of the planar distribution of the luminance of the organic electro luminescent device. An organic electro luminescent device includes a substrate(10), a first insulation layer(50), semiconductor layers(54), a second insulation layer(56), electrodes(58,60), a first middle dielectric layer(68), contact holes(70,72,74,76), a second middle dielectric layer(80), a pixel electrode(82), an emissive layer(88), and a common electrode(90). The substrate(10) is conductive. The first insulation layer(50) is formed on one side of the substrate(10). The semiconductor layers(54) are formed on the first insulation layer(50) and the second insulation layer(56) to cover the semiconductor layers(54) is formed on the substrate(10). The electrodes(58,60) are formed on the second insulation layer(56) and the first middle dielectric layer(68) to cover each electrode(58,60) is formed on the substrate(10). The contact holes are formed on certain places on the substrate(10) and three contact holes(70,72,74) are formed to eliminate the second insulation layer(56). The second middle dielectric layer(80) is formed on the substrate(10) and the pixel electrode(82) is formed on the second middle dielectric layer(80). The emissive layer(88) is formed at the top of the pixel electrode(82) and the common electrode(90) is formed on the emissive layer(88).
