A LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device and an electronic apparatus are provided to realize a structure capable of obtaining enough pixel areas while improving gradation by reducing leakage light. A LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device comprises the followings: a first substrate(110); a second substrate(120) which is opposite to the first substrate; liquid crystal(130) which is arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate; wiring and a reflecting layer(115) which are formed in the first substrate; and plural pixels(SP) which includes a reflection display area(R) composed of the reflecting layer and a transmission display area(T) without having the reflecting layer. The wiring is routed between pixels in the transmission display area and through the reflection display area.
