PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of an original plate for duplication by which a duplicate optical information recording medium can be manufactured at high speed, to provide a manufacturing device of a duplicate hologram recording medium, to provide a hologram original plate for duplication and to provide a manufacturing method of the duplicate hologram recording medium.

SOLUTION: In the manufacturing device of the duplicate hologram recording medium, a positioning means specifies a relative position between the original plate 60B for duplication and the duplicate hologram recording medium 80A at a prescribed position. An angle selection plate 90 is disposed between the original plate 60B for duplication and the duplicate hologram recording medium 80A and the angle selection plate 90 has an angle selection film 90a whose transmittance is changed according to an incident angle of a light beam. A reference light beam 85 for duplication from a laser light source is radiated at an incident angle so as to be transmitted through a prescribed region of a recording layer 60a of the original plate 60B for duplication and reflected by the angle selection film 90a.
